Since her first jobs during her teenage years teaching and tutoring young children, CBM Group founder Colleen Burns has been passionate about helping others reach their growth potential. She learned early on how patience, compassion and a positive attitude can inspire people to enthusiastically confront challenges and offer their very best performance.
Over the past decade Colleen has been actively involved in the Reach Out and Read Literacy Program at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and regional organizations supporting healthcare growth and innovation such as Life Sciences Pennsylvania, MassBio, Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT), and the Pennovation Center at the University of Pennsylvania. Colleen is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and she is a longtime board member for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), serving as Global Chair for the HBA’s flagship mentoring program for future women leaders in healthcare.
